Inorder to replace it, follow the steps: Step 1: On the back of the key press the button (marked A) and at the same time pull the key blade out of the fob. Step 2: On the front side of the key press the button (markerd arrow and B) and at the same time pull battery. Step 3: You’ll now see the battery.
Thestock battery was about 15.75" in length. The called for replacement was an H7 or 94R group size. The H7 though is a much shorter battery at about 15" in length. I was able to put an H8 @ 14.95" into it for the same price as the called for H7 with 50 more CCA and 20AH more reserve time. Not a huge gain, but worth doing since it cost nothing
